Due to the security situation, distribution days are 5 business days for home delivery and 7 business days for a collection point.

Your beautiful invitations will be delivered to you within three business days of ordering.

Orders over 450 NIS will automatically receive home delivery - free of charge.

There is a possibility of self-pickup from the Shalom Department Store Tower on 9 Ahad Ha'am Street in Tel Aviv - by coordinating with me via email, Instagram or here.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item(s), all you have to do is:

Notify me within a week of receiving the item.

It is possible to return the item(s) to the Shalom Department Store in Tel Aviv (by prior arrangement).

Return with a courier costs 30 NIS, in coordination with me.

When the item is returned to me, and if it is indeed in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you, your money will be refunded in the same manner in which the original payment was made.
